Here’s a list of some of the herbs, flowers and spices we use in our tea blends.
Calendula (calendula officinalis) : Can help with urinary tract infections, helps with cells regeneration, antimicrobial to help the body resist pathogens such as bacteria, viruses, and fungi, healing and anti-inflammatory properties of the herb make it very soothing on the throat, also effective lymphatic cleanser, reducing lymphatic congestion and infection and supporting removal of toxins from the lymph system.
Cardamom: Rich in compounds that may fight inflammation and helps with digestion, treat bad breath and improve oral health. It may help increase airflow to your lungs and improve breathing and when used in aromatherapy, cardamom can provide an invigorating odor that enhances your body’s ability to use oxygen during exercise.
Catniip leaf (nepeta cataria) : Has a calming effect on the body which can improve relaxation, which may boost mood and reduce anxiety, restlessness, and nervousness.
Chamomile (matricaria recutita) : Helps prevent illness, help heal bacterial infections, calms muscles spasms including menstrual and digestive cramps, soothes the nervous systems for decreases feelings of anxiety and improved sleep, promotes clear skin.
Cinnamon: Loaded with powerful antioxidants to protect your body from oxidative damage caused by free radicals. It also has anti-inflammatory properties and helps your body fight infections and repair tissue damage.
Echinacea: Immune booster, anti-inflammatory, pain reliever, mental health, improves skin, fights infection
Elderberry (sambucus nigra) : Immune booster, contains fiber for gut health, heart health, improves and prevents diabetes, reduces joint pain, slows aging of skin. Great for healing colds and flus.
Fennel: Contains significant amounts of fiber which decrease the risk of heart disease and helps reduce the total amount of cholesterol in the blood.
Ginger: Digestive issues, nausea, colds, immune booster, improves diabetes, reduces inflammation. Ginger is also a catalyst, helping to increase the action of the other antimicrobial herbs by dilating blood vessels and enhancing circulation

Hibiscus (hibiscus sabdariffa): Blood pressure management, liver protection, lowers cholesterol, thirst quenching, can help with weight loss.

Nettle (urtica dioica) : Full with vitamins and minerals that it helps your whole body be healthier and stronger.
Oatstraw (avena sativa): Comforts the nervous systems and help ease stress.
Peppermint ( mentha piperita) : Fever reducer, soothes nausea and stomach pain, opens airways, appetite suppressant, stimulates the mind.
Raspberry leaf: Amazing for women, uterine tonic, antioxidant, protects against cancer, improves circulation
Roseships: Rich in vitamin c, contain 40 times more vitamin c than lemons.
Rose buds: Flushes toxins from body, immune booster, improves digestion and blood flow, improve skin elasticity, helps with menstrual cramping and stress
Sarsaparilla: Helps to restore the acid/alkaline balance to the bloodstream.
Spearmint (mentha spicata) : Helps with stomach cramps and gas, good for digestion of food and colds and flus.
Valerian produces a calming effect on the body that is helpful for anxiety and keeping stress level down. Valerian root contains valerence acid and valerenol, which act as anti-anxiety agents, stabilizing the central nervous system, allowing the body and the mind to relax and unwind.
Violet (viola odorata) : Helps to ease a scratchy, dry throat, soothes away headaches and high in vitamins.
