The types of foods that you eat are affecting the way your body digests them. Just like that, every food is digested in a different way.
For example, dandelion is a very rich source of beta-carotene which is converted into vitamin A. It is also rich in Vitamin C, fiber, potassium, iron, calcium, magnesium, zinc, and phosphorus. It plays a key role in obtaining B complex vitamins, trace minerals, organic sodium, and even vitamin D too. Dandelion also contains protein – in fact, in greater amounts than spinach!
On the other hand, kale is rich in carotenoids (beta-carotene, lutein, and zeaxanthin), vitamin C, vitamin K, vitamin B6, folate, calcium, non-heme iron, quercetin, kaempferol. It is also rich in compounds that detoxify liver and reduce oxidative stress, as well as anti-inflammatory.

Just like ginger, avocado is also high in healthy fats and with low sugar fruits. It is rich in vitamins and minerals, as well as proteins.
