Our various choices of salad blends are a great mix of vegetables, legumes, seeds, nuts and fruit…all with unique tastes, but all extremely healthy! We use the freshest ingredients and sourced locally when available. All salads are served in compostable salad bowls, along with compostable cutlery made from PLA, a compostable bioplastic made from corn.
